| Trainer Profile This course will be conducted by Mr. Muhammad Furqan Khan, who is also a well renowned expert of CMM/CMMI Training, Appraisals & Consultancy in Pakistan. Mr. Khan is the first ever & only SEI authorized instructor for Intro to the CMMI v1.2 course in Pakistan. He has played a pivotal role in making NetSol Technologies Limited; Pakistan's first CMMI Maturity Level 5 company. Mr. Khan has a broad experience base spanning over 16 years in Software Process Improvement, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, Software Development, Systems Support and Networks and Training.He is currently a PhD Scholar at Institute of Business Administration. He has been working as a Lead CMMI consultant for more than 10 IT companies in Pakistan, USA and UK. He has conducted numerous trainings and workshops in some of the most respected and well reputed institutions & organizations of Pakistan such as LUMS, NUST, PIQC, GIK Institute and various other organizations in Pakistan and abroad. |

Program Detail:
Introduction:
This course covers the latest revision of the CMMI for Development, Version 1.2, for both the staged and continuous representations. It is aimed at developing fundamental concepts of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) which facilitates systems software engineering managers, practitioners, appraisal team members, and engineering process group members. CMMI models are tools that help organizations improve their ability to develop and maintain quality products and services.
