| Trainer Profile Mansoor is Managing Advisor at Business Beam (Pvt.) Limited. He currently leads the Islamabad center and also conducts or supervises various consultancy assignments. He has more than four (4) years of experience in various areas of Information Technology. Mansoor has successfully managed several consultancy projects for leading organizations on various frameworks including CMMI, and ISO 9001. As internal auditor, he has conducted various audits and also participated in CMMI SCAMPI-C appraisals at various organizations. Most of his projects received excellent comments from clients and users. As a corporate trainer in the field of software engineering, Mansoor has delivered several training courses and workshops at various organizations on topics such as Quality Assurance, Quality Audits, Software Efforts and Size Estimations, Configuration Management, Software Inspections and Project Management. He has also delivered seminars and guest speaker sessions at universities such as Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi. Mansoor graduated top of his class of M.S. in Software Engineering from Bahria University, Karachi where he wrote his research thesis on Software Process Improvement Initiatives in Pakistan. He has also completed B.S. in Software Engineering from the same university. He was rated as a top programmer at his university, having won more than 4 all-Pakistan programming championships held at FAST and Karachi University. Mansoor received his ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in 2008 and is well versed in the IT Service Management framework. He is also an IRCA certified ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor. Mansoor has also been a software developer and a project manager, working as an entrepreneur since 2002. He has successfully completed and delivered projects on a variety of platforms including web, desktop and mobile applications. Mansoor is a member of Ponder Alliance, Karachi SPIN as well the Art of Living Foundation. |
